Part 3 :Day 3 : Club Med : Day 3 & 4 ~ Finale

Journal Entry 233

Day 3 would be our last day to make the best of our trip as we were scheduled to leave around noon time the next day.

Since we reached the village, we have been confined to the place and had not really explore Phuket town. As such~ hubby, myself & Bernard decided to check out the massage parlour opposite our hotel. Others opted for a temple tour. Woke up early for breakfast so that we have some time to digest our food before the massage. Did some morning walk  and we then proceed to have the best full body massage ever - like a boss !

It took about an hr & we were then treated to some ginger tea to let the 'wind' out. Next, we went back to the hotel for lunch before we return back to our rooms. Bathe and rest. It was 2pm when we woke up & this time we decided to go for golf and archery which was just stationed right opposite our room. Didn't really fancy golf and we went for archery as soon as it was opened. Had a great time playing with hubs.

We moved on to the lobby where the boys tried out Thai kickboxing and I 'jaga' bag again. Earlier, there was another session but for little kids. It was cute seeing them punching and kicking & somehow, I regretted not taking Matt there. It was the adults turn now & the boys had their share of fun up at the arena !

Evening approaches & the night's theme was cultural night. All of the GOs were dressed up with  their own national costumes looking awesome and wonderful ! The place was lighted up as soon as dusk approaches.

We had a brief walk around the area and Miss Chin decided to play dress up since I have not been doing anything interesting in Club Med. Here you go, a Thai lady :). Well,  the GOs did this for me  within 15 mins. 'Keatness' !!

With that done, we went in for our last buffet dinner for the stay. Decided to try as much variety as we can but the stomach won't allow. Hahahaha ! Anyhow, the buffet spread was still great and we even had the chance to meet up with one of the Malaysian chefs there. The rest of the night were spent with the different GOs , having fun , laughing and of course, took some time to mingle with the other guests that stayed back for that night.

Called it a night around 1pm as the bar closed around that time too. Tired and went to bed.

Next day came and we took the shuttle to the airport to catch our plane at 2pm.  It was sad to leave the place so soon though. Before we went back, we took a group photo with the staff and GOs too :).  It was indeed a nice, relaxing getaway for us !

Goodbye !
