It has been a 2 weeks since I last posted my entry. Laziness and procrastination coupled with a HUGE load of housework had made me gave up half way. But today, I decided to wake up early so that I can start my day early and spend some time blogging :)
Matt celebrated his 2nd birthday early this April. This yr we just had a simple dinner with a birthday party the very next day. At the age of 2, he can now understand & I can see that he is enjoying himself more compared to last year. No more so 'blur blur' with his 'oh God, what are you guys doing?' face glazing & staring at you !

We had a simple dinner with Matt's paternal side (in laws) (heheh, with my dad/mum tagging along) at Penang Swimming Club. The club has since doubled it's size with an additional building in place. Kekekeke...told Alex to start using the facilities or else, every month pay the club fees without enjoying...rugi betul ! Dinner was quick, followed by cake cutting and we then called it a day - as it was already 9.30pm...cannot do coffee as aunt was home alone.

The next day, comes the birthday party. Matt loves balloon and I guess throwing him a small birthday party at home with a small number of guest would suffice. Of course, 'yours truly' did not cook instead opted for catering - all in the convenient of others as well (eventhough my mum insist to cook !). Ordered rice, jelly, sandwiches and etc....yummy !! Dad helped with the balloons and decorations. Birthday party started at 7.30 and lasted till 11 plus with Wii sessions at my place.

Also, not to forget, JO, Jessica, Willie/Jessie & Alfred's gift and wonderful thoughts on his birthday. In fact, we had a small dinner/get together with Jo, Jess and Alf/Cindy but forgot to bring camera- so cannot load photos. However, we enjoyed each other's company for this wonderful occasion. Thanks guys !
Not doubt, there was no grand celebration this year, I bet Matt is pretty happy with multiple balloons in the house as well as in the company of his loved ones !
