It all started with Alf's idea of an island getaway. Well, in fact, he had been bugging the hubby since a year back to take him island hopping. So, being his best buddy - why not ? Clear blue skies, white/fine sandy beaches and warm friendly people to greet us when we are there. So, off we went - did the required planning, bookings and gathered interested parties. Managed to get 7 of us for the getaway.

Indeed, the island has not changed a bit for the past 6 yrs. Still as beautiful as ever - it is being gifted with clear, turquoise water & behold, you can actually gaze down at fishes swimming around your legs. Sometimes, we are just amazed of how beautiful nature is ! 

In total, we spent about 5 days 4 nights there - practically doing nothing. We lazed at the beach,  listening to the sound of waves hiting the sandy beaches and of course - star gazing in the evening. A bottle of liquor is all we need and that gets all hyped up - talking nonsense all night long ! Definitely a recommended place to catch up and have a good laugh ~

Last but not least, the food that we savor - experiencing different culture and taste - yummylicious !

That simply summarizes my island getaway this yr ! Looking forward for more to come....can't wait  :)
